I lifted today, but it was pretty short and generally shitty. I benched up to 125 for a couple of doubles, and then failed an attempt at 130lbs. Then I deadlifted and hit a wall after 315×2.

Fucking awful.

Which is appropriate because I’m failing at life in general, again still.

Food Diary

Breakfast: Blueberry bar, Coffee, Protein Shake

Morning Snack: Almonds

Lunch: Shrimp Scampi over spaghetti squash

PM Snack: Fruit 2 go, Quest protein bar, Iced americano

Supper: 3 blueberry bars, almonds

 

~200 cal surplus.
